3. Second Round Submission Period: 10:00am PST USA, January 17th – 5:00pm PST USA, March 19th, 2015.

4. Judging Period (second round): March 19th, 2015 April 1st, 2015.
    - (4) Winners announced: on or about April 1st, 2015.

5.  Third Round Submission Period: 10:00am PST USA, April 2nd, 2015 – 5:00pm PST USA, April 13th, 2015

6.  Judging Period (third round): 5:00pm PST USA April 13th, 2015 to 5:00pm PST April 15th, 2015
